1. Travel Agent

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Must have a deep knowledge and Certificate of Galileo Software for ticketing
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience at a Non-IATA agency
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, routes, and transportation options
  • Proficiency with travel booking software and online reservation systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle unexpected travel issues

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and transportation options.

2. Real Estate External Sales Agent or Freelance Agent

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong network of contacts in the real estate industry

Job Description:

As a Real Estate External Sales Agent or Freelance Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales for a real estate company. You will be self-employed and work independently, with no supervision from the company. You will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, qualifying leads, and presenting properties to potential buyers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and be able to build rapport with clients.

3. In-House Architect

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Female applicants preferred
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as an architect, preferably with experience in residential or commercial real estate
  • Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, to create 2D/3D floor plans and renderings
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction techniques
  • Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to transform ideas into compelling architectural visuals and marketing materials
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating architectural representations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team, external stakeholders, and clients
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer preferences is desirable
