1. Customer Relationship Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Position Summary:
As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will act as a liaison between external and internal customers, including the sales team and CSD/operations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders and invoices. This position is based in Addis Ababa and reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to process orders and invoices.
- Ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel

- BSc degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell decorative products to new and existing customers.
- Develop strong customer relationships to achieve sales goals.
- Increase Jotun’s market share and profitability.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience in FMCG/Building materials companies

- Execute purchasing tasks as delegated by the Purchasing Manager.
- Ensure compliance with Group Purchasing policies and procedures.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in purchasing in a manufacturing industry
