Job Summary:
This position is responsible for serving customers, conducting customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction with full effort and maximum care, selling the products and services of the bank, acquiring new customers, and opening and maintaining customer accounts. The role also involves coordinating inbound and outbound calls within the Bank.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years’ experience as Senior Officer or 1 year as Principal Officer in a Supervisory role.

Job Summary:

- Education: Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent.
