- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
- 5 years and above experience in a contract admin position, preferably in a construction company specializing in Road and Bridge construction projects
- Experience with international companies will be given priority

- Nursing graduate BSc with 1 year of experience, or Diploma with 2 years of experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in public safety and construction health standards is advantageous

- 5 years and above experience in a similar setting within a construction company
