Eligibility Criteria:
- Full-time Master’s or Ph.D. students
- Full-time postgraduate students in a Malaysian university supported under MIS, with at least two semesters remaining
- Graduates from developing and under-developed countries
- Age: Not more than 40 years (Master’s applicants) or 45 years (PhD applicants) at the time of application
- Academic requirements:
- Master’s applicants: CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd class upper honors degree
- PhD applicants: CGPA of 3.0 or excellent academic results during the master’s degree
- English proficiency:
- IELTS: 3.0 bands or higher
- TOEFL: 550 total scores or higher
- Degree previously acquired in English language
- Research proposal of at least 1000 words
