1. Senior Research and Product Development Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or other related fields of study.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of work experience in market research and product development, market studies, market analysis. Experience in the banking sector is preferable.

Duty Station: Head Office


2. Branch Manager Grade -1

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or other business-related fields of study.
  • Experience: 6 years of work experience in banking operations, out of which 2 years in a supervisory position.

Duty Station: Assosa Branch, Gambela Branch


3. Attorney

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Qualification: LLB degree.
  • Experience: 3 years of related work experience.

Duty Station: Hawassa District Office


4. IT Auditor

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other Information Technology-related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Duty Station: Head Office


5. Junior MIS Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Information Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems. Business-related studies is an added advantage.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills: Knowledge of report development, revision, and/or editing reports. Familiarity with database management systems (DBMS), SQL, and reporting tools. Good analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills is advantageous.

Duty Station: Head Office
