Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients from various sources.
- Prepare sales presentations and schedule appointments to show clients the site.
- Guide and assist clients, suggesting suitable options.
- Communicate effectively and formally with clients.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions.
- Develop communication skills and build good relationships with clients.
- Maintain and update self-abilities to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Meet sales goals.
- Negotiate with prospective clients.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understand and promote company programs.
- Evaluate potential clients’ needs.
- Answer clients’ questions about products, prices, and availability.
- Follow up with clients and close sales.
- Maintain a professional appearance as first impressions are crucial.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Civil Engineering.
- GPA: 3.0 and above.
- Experience: 2 years or more in the real estate sector.
