- At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Valid real estate license.
