Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a national of a developing country listed by the World Bank
  • Must not hold dual citizenship of any developed country
  • Must not be an employee of any organizations under the World Bank Group or a close relative of any World Bank Group employees
  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least three years of development-related work experience after earning the degree
  • Must be employed in development-related work in a paid full-time position at the time of application submission
  • Must be admitted unconditionally to one of the preferred university master’s programs outside of the applicant’s country of citizenship and residence by the application deadline
