1. Senior IT Support Expert
Job Summary:
Provide support for all IT users and maintain IT resources at the required level of quality.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, ICT, Computer Application, Database Administration, Information System, Information Science, Information Data Science and Analytics, ICT Service Management, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years for BSc holders and 3 years for MSc holders.
- Skills: Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
2. Senior Certification Officer
Job Summary:
Ensure all products and value chains comply with international regulations, sustainability standards, and internal policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: MSc/BSc in Environmental Science, Food Science, Agriculture, Natural Resource Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years for MSc holders and 5 years for BSc holders, with 2 years as a Senior Certification Officer.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Amharic, and Afan Oromo (advantageous).
3. Sales Supervisor
Job Summary:
Coordinate and lead all sales staff under your domain.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: BA or MA in Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 years for BA holders and 3 years for MA holders.
- Skills: Supervisory, problem-solving, communication, report writing, proficiency in Peachtree accounting software, and computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Purchaser
Job Summary:
Support the smooth operation of the company by effectively procuring inputs, supplies, and other items in the right quantities and qualities, ensuring timely deliveries.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: Diploma/BA in Purchasing, Business Management, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years for Diploma holders and 0 years for BA holders.
- Skills: Understanding of e-business/e-procurement systems, computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher), knowledge of Ethiopian procurement statutes, verbal and written communication skills, and time management skills.
5. Senior Structural Engineer
Job Summary:
Provide complex structural engineering design analysis, design, calculation, and manage the preparation of drawings and specifications.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: BSc or MSc in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years for BSc holders and 3 years for MSc holders.
- Skills: Analytical, drawing, and communication skills.
