  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling and shareable multimedia content specific to platforms.
  • Edit videos and manage content across Addis Fortune accounts.
  • Use analytics tools to track and optimize digital performance.
  • Collaborate with the editorial and marketing team to ensure cohesive content creation.
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Operate under strict deadlines and communicate promptly with supervisors.
  • Engage with the audience, and professionally respond to inquiries, comments, and mentions.

3: Opinion Editor

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Journalism & Communications, English Literature, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Proven success working in a deadline-driven, high-pressure, and fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital content consumption trends and strategies.
  • Fluent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Well-versed with legal and ethical considerations in journalism.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce at least two articles of their own each week.
  • Review submitted articles and edit them to uphold Fortune’s editorial standards.
  • Familiarize themselves with online and offline conversations on emerging issues.
  • Search, identify, recruit, and deploy opinion writers with insightful perspectives.
  • Constantly communicate with a diverse team of contributing writers, ensuring timely article submission.
  • Ensure articles meet legal and ethical considerations while presenting them compellingly.
  • Collaborate with editors, photographers, designers, and cartoonists to maintain the integrity of content.

4: Human Resource Manager

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in human resources management roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
