Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and register potential customers.
- Present and advocate for the company’s online platforms to both existing and potential customers.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers, comprehending their needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the business.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments.
- Gather feedback from customers and provide precise sales reports to management.
- Continuously augment product knowledge and remain informed about new products and offerings.
