- Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines
- Age between 25 and 45 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the collection process for outstanding debts and delinquent accounts
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers for targeted marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote credit products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure timely payment collection
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns
