Requirements:
- Female Fresh graduates of 2022/23
- BA Degree in Management, Office/Secretary Management, or Economics
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, secretarial science, or office management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, time management, and empathy skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
