Position: Supply Chain Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 0 years of related experience required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the procurement process, from sourcing to delivery.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating terms and agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their supply needs and requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the procurement process.
