Horra Trading is seeking qualified and competent applicants for the following position:

1. Trainee Documentation Officer

Purpose of the Job:

As part of our company’s Young Professional Program, we aim to train fresh graduates who are eager to learn. This opportunity offers a solid understanding of coffee export documentation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support senior employees in coordinating all distribution and documentation efforts.
  • Assist in ensuring the safe distribution of products to customers.
  • Coordinate partnerships and pickups with the logistics shipping unit.
  • Record transaction data in the distribution process and support reporting and evaluation of export distribution efforts.
  • Maintain copies of dispatch and picking lists to control movements and provide documentation backup for check-out items.

Skills and Educational Background:

  • Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing Management, Agriculture, Logistics and Supply Chain, or other related fields of study with a GPA of 3.00 and above.
  • Work Experience: No work experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English.
  • Willingness to learn and explore new things.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Passionate about commodity trading/export.
