1. Purchaser
Location: Addis Ababa
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess procurement requirements and initiate procurement process
- Prepare procurement plans and draft specifications
- Assist in preparing procurement/tender documents
- Monitor procurement progress and follow up with vendors for timely delivery
- Maintain inventory and records for vehicles, assets, and office supplies
- Prepare reports on procurement for Administration Manager
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous procurement experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

2. Junior Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:
The Junior Accountant will be responsible for financial management related to various television programs. Duties include setting up accounting systems, managing cash flow, and producing financial reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage accounting systems
- Partner with producers to create accurate budgets
- Oversee financial transactions throughout production lifecycle
- Manage payroll, petty cash, and vendor payments
- Track program expenses against budget and report variances
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records
- Produce regular financial reports and forecasts
Skill and Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or relevant field
- 0-1 year of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in MS-Office & QuickBooks accounting software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial records
