Skill and Educational Background:
- BA Degree/College Diploma/TVET in Management Accounting or a related subject
- Experience: 2/four years of related expertise
- Required Number: 3

2. Credit & Saving Officer II
Skill and Educational Background:
- BA Degree/College Diploma/TVET in Management Accounting or a related subject
- Experience: 2/four years of related expertise in Micro Finance Institution
- Required Number: 5
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa & Outlet Branches
3. Director, Audit & Inspection Department
Skill and Educational Background:
- MA/BA Degree in Accounting/Management or an associated subject
- Experience: 8/10 years of relevant expertise, of which 3 years in senior positions
- Comprehensive knowledge of auditing and accounting principles and practices
- Thorough knowledge of financial laws and audit regulations
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Good knowledge of microfinance business
- Good communication and human relation skills
- Basic computer application skills
