1. Sales Officer
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain contracts with existing clients and cultivate long-lasting relationships.
- Reach out to potential customers to introduce company products and facilitate sales.
- Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and stay informed about market trends.
- Record all sales activities, customer appointments, and complaints accurately.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic sales planning.
- Provide feedback to product developers for product improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and promote new products and special deals.
2. Junior Software Support Executive
Skill and Educational Background:
- BSc Degree in Information Technology & Computer Science.
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
- Familiarity with MS SQL Server and IDS PMS (Hotel Operations).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and management of the existing ERP/PMS (Hotel Software) Solution.
- Demonstrate a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, or field visits when necessary.
