Position Dispatcher/Call Center
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Marketing Management/Sales or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in a Delivery Company.
- Thorough understanding of delivery procedures.
- Proficiency in both Amharic and English, and familiarity with other local and international languages is an advantage.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and web applications.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Punctuality is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, with transportation provided for night shifts (9 PM to 4 AM).
