Position: Senior Collaborating, Learning, Adapting (CLA) and Knowledge Management (KM) Advisor for PHEM
Location: [Addis Ababa]
Responsibilities:
- Lead the documentation of key activities, results, and lessons learned.
- Establish and maintain a repository of learning products for internal and external use.
- Provide technical leadership for the development and implementation of the CLA Plan.
- Design and implement an active learning system to support the learning agenda.
- Lead data analysis for evidence-based decision-making and advocacy.
- Foster a learning culture within the Health Resilience Activity.
- Provide training and mentorship on documentation and evidence generation.
- Support additional data-related efforts and submission of study protocols.
- Identify opportunities for sharing project findings and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with MSH HQ staff for routine performance reviews and evaluations.
- Perform other duties as requested by project staff.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in public health, Monitoring and Evaluation, Field Epidemiology, or related fields; BSc degree in health sciences-related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in Public Health Emergency Management (PHEM) and 5 years in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning.
- Strong understanding of USAID’s CLA approach and M&E reporting requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in proposal writing and understanding of IRB requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, DHIS2-PHEM, ODK, SPSS, GIS, and other statistical applications.
