Position: Junior IT Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Job Description:
- Provide network support and resolve network issues
- Provide user support on various available Bank’s systems
- Provide support and hardware maintenance on computers, printers, scanners, and related devices
- Install and configure computer hardware and required software
Skill and Education Background:
- Graduates of years 2020, 2021, and 2022 G.C with a BSc Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields of study
- 1 to 2 years of IT support experience, including computer and printer hardware maintenance hands-on experience
