The Customer Service Officer (CSO) is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and supporting the branchβs resource mobilization efforts through the promotion and cross-selling of the bankβs products and services.
β Job Requirements
π Educational Qualification
- BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.
πΌ Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Banking experience is mandatory.
π€ Core Competencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of banking operations
- Proven track record in customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well in team settings and demonstrate collaboration

- Type: Permanent (after probation period)
