Position 1: Head, Customs Clearance (Re-Advertisement)
Job Purpose:
Lead and coordinate customs clearance activities by reviewing and evaluating operation plans, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA or MA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Management, or related fields.
- Certification: Customs Clearance Competency Certification is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years for BA holders
- Minimum 6 years for MA holders
- Experience as an Assessor in logistics or customs is mandatory.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of import/export laws and regulations
- Familiarity with international trade documentation, Incoterms, and L/C
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong planning, scheduling, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills

Position 2: Planning & Programming Head
Job Purpose:
Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of farm operations to ensure efficient resource utilization and achievement of production targets aligned with strategic goals.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BSc or MSc in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Economics, Statistics, Agronomy, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 6 years for BSc holders
- 4 years for MSc holders
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling in integrated farming systems
Key Competencies:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and supply chain management
- Proficiency in data analysis and farm management software
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Working Conditions:
- On-site role in Guangua (Dilla area)
- Occasional travel and extended hours during peak seasons
