Position 1: Head, Customs Clearance (Re-Advertisement)

Job Purpose:
Lead and coordinate customs clearance activities by reviewing and evaluating operation plans, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: BA or MA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Management, or related fields.
  • Certification: Customs Clearance Competency Certification is mandatory.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years for BA holders
  • Minimum 6 years for MA holders
  • Experience as an Assessor in logistics or customs is mandatory.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of import/export laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with international trade documentation, Incoterms, and L/C
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills

Position 2: Planning & Programming Head

Job Purpose:
Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of farm operations to ensure efficient resource utilization and achievement of production targets aligned with strategic goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: BSc or MSc in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Economics, Statistics, Agronomy, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • 6 years for BSc holders
    • 4 years for MSc holders
  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling in integrated farming systems

Key Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of agricultural practices and supply chain management
  • Proficiency in data analysis and farm management software
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Working Conditions:

  • On-site role in Guangua (Dilla area)
  • Occasional travel and extended hours during peak seasons
