Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I

Job Summary:
The Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I is responsible for providing front-line customer service support at the branch. Duties include account management, responding to customer inquiries, and handling both cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and professionally.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of banking experience.

Required Competencies:

  • Sound understanding of financial products and services.
  • Knowledge of the bank’s accounting systems and procedures.
  • Strong customer service and issue resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
