Job Summary
The Ethics Officer will play a pivotal role in promoting transparency, integrity, and accountability across the bank. The role focuses on identifying and mitigating corruption risks through data analysis, investigations, and proactive engagement with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify corruption risks, anomalies, and trends.
- Investigate misconduct, fraud, or corruption-related activities.
- Implement and manage systems for wealth and income source declarations.
- Provide actionable insights and prepare analytical reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to reduce corruption vulnerabilities.
- Conduct trainings on ethics and integrity.
- Ensure data accuracy and secure handling of sensitive information.
- Stay updated on anti-corruption best practices and technologies.
Educational Qualifications
- BA/MA/LLB in Law, Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR, Compliance, or Internal Audit.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with anti-corruption frameworks and risk management
- Effective communication and reporting abilities
- High ethical standards and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines
