Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading all banking activities at the assigned branch. The role involves ensuring outstanding customer service, promoting bank services within the community, supervising staff, adhering to regulatory compliance, managing branch financials, and preparing operational reports and budgets.
