Position: Branch Manager II

Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading all banking activities at the assigned branch. The role involves ensuring outstanding customer service, promoting bank services within the community, supervising staff, adhering to regulatory compliance, managing branch financials, and preparing operational reports and budgets.

Required Qualification:

  • BA or MA/MSc Degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, or other related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant banking experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial position such as Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, or other related roles.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Knowledge of bank operations and customer service management
  • Fluency in Amharic, English, and other local languages
