1. Highway / Draft Person
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Drafting or a related field
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in using 3D, CAD, and other design software
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to stay on-site for extended periods to support construction
- Prepare:
- Horizontal and vertical alignment drawings
- Intersections and ancillary facilities layouts
- Cross-section and retaining wall construction drawings
- Engineering quantity calculations for highways, municipal roads, and park internal roads
2. Geotechnical Engineer
Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in Geotechnical Engineering
- Professional registration with a recognized engineering institute
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Familiarity with Ethiopian design standards
- Proficient in MS Office and design software
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct geotechnical investigations and site characterization
- Analyze soil and rock data to design:
- Foundations
- Retaining walls
- Other geotechnical structures
- Develop technical reports and presentations
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Must have team spirit and respect work arrangements
