Position 1: Operator (Meta Plant)
Job Summary:
Assist in the safe operation and maintenance of machinery and production lines in the assigned process area. Ensure the smooth functioning of equipment and meet production targets while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent and quality results.
- Monitor and troubleshoot process lines to ensure continuous operation.
- Communicate effectively during shift handovers and meetings.
- Conduct product quality inspections using lab equipment.
- Maintain documentation for quality checks, sanitation, and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness of machinery, equipment, and workstations.
- Report safety or equipment issues to the line manager.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Science and Technology.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an FMCG manufacturing shop floor setting.

Position 2: Senior Export Officer
Job Summary:
Coordinate and manage all export activities including communication, documentation, customs clearance, and logistics arrangements. Monitor transactions and build professional relationships with clients and stakeholders involved in export operations.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years coordinating and managing export transactions.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of export operations and international business practices.
- Familiarity with international logistics and local customs/finance regulations.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and reporting skills.
