Educational Requirements:

  • Completed 12th/10th grade
  • IT Essentials Skill Training Certificate
  • Police/Military Basic Training Certificate

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating CCTV systems
  • Military/Police experience is an added advantage

Job Objective:

To safeguard the bank against criminal activity such as theft, robbery, and other illegal actions by utilizing CCTV surveillance technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the security of the bank premises through the control room CCTV system
  • Ensure safety of the bank’s assets, employees, and customers
  • Continuously supervise areas of special concern using surveillance cameras
  • Record and document incidents and report immediately to the Security Management
  • Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance footage and information
  • Properly handle and report issues related to security equipment (computers, radios, TVs, etc.)
  • Notify the Security Manager of any system malfunctions or quality issues
  • Provide authorized access to security information when approved by the Security Manager
  • Execute other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
