Position: Secretary & Customer Service Officer
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide exceptional customer service by informing clients about company services, policies, and procedures.
✅ Perform administrative tasks, including drafting contract agreements and maintaining records.
✅ Process orders, payments, and documentation with attention to detail.
✅ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
✅ Support sales and marketing teams with customer-related tasks.
Job Requirements:
✔ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
✔ Experience: Fresh Graduates of 2023/24.
✔ Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email).
✔ Soft Skills: - Strong customer-oriented communication skills.
- Ability to articulate, communicate, and be polite.
✔ Language Proficiency: - Excellent command of English, Afan Oromo, and Amharic (Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Listening).
