Job Summary:
The Director, Resource Mobilization and Customer Service Department, is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising the departmentβs activities. The role involves motivating, empowering, and inspiring staff for enhanced performance while evaluating their effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Education: MBA/MA/BA in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 8/10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial position, preferably in microfinance or banking.
- Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven technical and managerial expertise.
- High integrity, responsibility, and commitment to teamwork and gender equality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
