Siinqee Bank is the transformation of Oromia Credit and Saving Share Company into a full-fledged bank. It is the first institution in Ethiopia to grow from a microfinance background, boasting a capital of 7.1 billion Birr. 1. Branch Manager-IV
Job Requirements:
- Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 9/10 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 1 year as a Branch Manager-III or equivalent position.

2. Branch Manager-I
Job Requirements:
- Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 5/6 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 1 year as Branch Manager, Banking Operation Manager II, Customer Service Manager II, or equivalent position.

3. Branch Manager
Job Requirements:
- Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 4/5 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 1 year as Manager Banking Operation I, Customer Service Manager I, or equivalent position.

4. Associate Architect-II
Job Requirements:
- Education: MSc/BSc in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 3/4 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years as Associate Architect I. Experience in the banking sector is advantageous.

5. Senior Credit Information Officer-I
Job Requirements:
- Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 4/5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years as Credit Information Officer, Credit Analysis Officer, Senior CRO, or equivalent in the banking industry.

6. Associate Contact Centre Representative Officer-I
Job Requirements:
- Education: MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year as a Junior Contact Centre Officer or equivalent position. Experience in the banking industry is advantageous.
