1. Supplies and Facilities Officer
📌 Qualifications:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Accounting
📌 Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads at the district level to identify supply and equipment needs
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of supplies, equipment, and assets, and implement effective inventory control systems
- Monitor stock levels, anticipate demand, and ensure timely replenishment of essential items
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of facilities, including offices, warehouses, and other company-owned properties
- Work with the finance department to develop and manage the supplies and facilities budget
- Ensure compliance with procurement and facilities management policies
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders

2. Senior Auditor
📌 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial auditing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards
- Proficiency in audit software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
📌 Responsibilities:
- Conduct Audits: Plan and execute financial audits following established auditing standards and procedures
- Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Financial Reporting: Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Report Findings: Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations
- Internal Controls: Evaluate and improve internal controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risks
- Collaboration: Work with finance teams, management, and external auditors to resolve audit issues
- Training & Mentorship: Mentor junior auditors and finance staff on best practices
- Stay Updated: Keep current with changes in accounting standards and industry trends
- Special Projects: Participate in investigations and financial analysis projects
