1. Manager, Property & Facility Management Division

📍 Location: Addis Ababa
📅 Application Deadline: March 11, 2025

Job Requirements

📚 Qualification:

  • BA/BSc/LLB degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Law, or any other related field from a recognized university.

📌 Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a senior position or equivalent.
  • Insurance experience is preferable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong ability to plan, standardize, execute, and administer activities.
  • Knowledge of systematic maintenance and safe custody of title deeds.
  • Experience in record management of company properties (movable & immovable).
  • Ability to manage procurement processes and resource mobilization.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.

2. Claims Officer-II

📍 Location: Addis Ababa
📅 Application Deadline: March 11, 2025
🔢 Number of Positions: 2

Job Requirements

📚 Qualification:

  • BA/BSc degree in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university.

📌 Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in insurance claims handling.
  • Insurance experience is preferable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of insurance business.
  • Understanding of company claims policies, procedures, and investigation techniques.
  • Ability to verify appropriateness of payment requests.
  • Strong communication and human relations skills.

3. Claims Officer-I

📍 Location: Addis Ababa
📅 Application Deadline: March 11, 2025
🔢 Number of Positions: 2

Job Requirements

📚 Qualification:

  • BA/BSc degree in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university.

📌 Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in insurance claims handling.
  • Insurance experience is preferable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of insurance business.
  • Understanding of company claims policies and procedures.
  • Ability to expedite repair processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dependable and team player.
