1. Manager – Operation Management I
Position Summary:
The job holder is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities within the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This includes managing a team, overseeing daily operations, identifying areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe operational environment. The role aims to enhance customer service and operational excellence for long-term success and growth.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA/BSc or MA/MSc Degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant banking experience in branch operations.
- Place of Work: Mekelle District, Aksum Branch.
2. Retail Customer Relationship Manager
Position Summary:
The job holder is responsible for building and managing financial relationships to achieve deposit and loan growth targets. Duties include promoting retail banking products, acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA/BSc or MA/MSc Degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (e.g., Customer Relationship Manager, Customer Service Manager, or Credit Analyst).
- Place of Work: Hosanna District Office.
3. Credit Analyst
Position Summary:
The job holder will conduct financial assessments of loan applicants, utilizing various credit analysis techniques to determine creditworthiness and business viability. The role includes recommending loan amounts and disbursement terms.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA/MA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience in roles such as Branch Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, or Credit Analyst.
- Preferred: Experience in credit analysis.
- Place of Work: Bale District Office.
4. Credit Analyst
Position Summary:
Same responsibilities and requirements as Position 3 above.

5. Retail Customer Relationship Manager – IFB
Position Summary:
The job holder is responsible for Islamic banking (IFB) customer relations, ensuring compliance with Sharia principles, mobilizing resources, and maintaining quality financing portfolios.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA/BSc or MA/MSc Degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Place of Work: Hosanna District Office.
