2. Sales Specialist
- Education: BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree from reputable universities.
- Experience: 7 years of documented sales experience in financial services, banking, or related sectors, with a proven track record of success.

3. Associate Sales Officer
- Education: BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree from reputable universities.
- Experience: 1 year of documented sales experience in financial services, banking, or related sectors, with a proven track record of success.
- Place of Work: Head Office, Finfinnee/Addis Ababa.
4. Director of Customer Growth and Support
- Education: BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree from reputable universities.
- Experience: 10 years of documented sales experience in financial services, banking, or related sectors, with a proven track record of success. At least 3 of those years must be in a sales team supervisory role.
- Place of Work: Head Office, Finfinnee/Addis Ababa.
