1. Branch Manager – Class IV Branch
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking activities of a branch office. The role ensures compliance with the bank’s operating procedures, rules, and regulations. The jobholder also leads sales and customer service initiatives while ensuring operational excellence. Additionally, the role involves preparing and submitting annual budgets, operational plans, and progress reports.
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant banking experience, of which at least three (3) years are in a supervisory position.

2. Principal – IFB Product Development Officer
Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the Islamic Financial Banking (IFB) Product Development Division. The role involves product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with other departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Additionally, the role includes analyzing market trends and competitors to assess market position and identify opportunities.
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum of six (6) years of banking experience, with at least two (2) years in a senior role, preferably in IFB services.
