1. Manager, Logistics Division (Re-Advertised)

Job Purpose:

The Manager, Logistics Division is responsible for developing logistics strategies, policies, and procedures while managing transport, fleet, and maintenance operations.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee logistics policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and guide logistics staff.
  • Ensure efficient fleet management and maintenance.
  • Coordinate procurement and contracts with transport service providers.
  • Monitor insurance, vehicle registration, and maintenance schedules.
  • Oversee document management for contracts with building owners.
  • Ensure periodic reporting and compliance with standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Logistics, Procurement, Purchasing and Supplies Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years at the Section Head level or Manager I/C.

2. Senior Internal Auditor – Addis Ababa

3. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job Summary:

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for developing and implementing the Bank’s technology strategy. The role includes identifying emerging technologies, improving customer experience, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT vision and strategy.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, cloud computing, and data analytics.
  • Identify and fill gaps in business and client needs through digital solutions.
  • Enhance customer experience through technology-driven solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with technology regulations and risk management.
  • Lead IT transformation projects to maintain the Bank’s competitiveness.

Job Requirements:

Option 1:

  • Education: MSc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years as Department Director or Deputy Chief Officer.

Option 2:

  • Education: B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years as Department Director or Deputy Chief Officer.
