Position: Principal Human Capital Officer
About the Job:
- Assist in developing and implementing the HR strategy aligned with the corporate strategy.
- Implement HR policies and procedures, recommending changes where necessary.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to management in line with best practices and labor laws.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual training plans.
- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for staff.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate training, team-building, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR status reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually).
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, including 2 years in a senior officer role.
