- MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Business Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- 8/10 years of relevant banking experience, including 3 years in a managerial position.
Place of Work: Head Office
3. Area Manager
Education (Minimum):
- MA/BA in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- 6/8 years of relevant banking experience, including 3 years in a senior position.
Place of Work: Adama Area
4. Branch Manager
Education (Minimum):
- BA in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- 5 years of banking experience, including 2 years in accountant positions.
Number Required: 5 (One for each branch: Worabe, Durame, Hawassa, Chuko, and Wolaita).
Place of Work: Worabe, Durame, Hawassa, Chuko, and Wolaita Branches
5. Senior IT
Education (Minimum):
- BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- 4 years of experience in IT jobs.
Place of Work: Head Office
