Position: Branch Manager – I

Job Summary:

  • Plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office.
  • Ensure adherence to operating procedures, rules, and regulatory directives.
  • Coordinate sales/business development efforts and lead customer service initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit annual budgets, work plans, and progress reports.
  • Participate in community activities and promote the bank’s services.

Job Requirements:
Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.

Technical Competencies:

  • Understanding of financial products and services.
  • Knowledge of modern service delivery practices in banking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Core Banking Systems, and in-house software.
  • Project management skills.
