Position: Branch Manager – I
Job Summary:
- Plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office.
- Ensure adherence to operating procedures, rules, and regulatory directives.
- Coordinate sales/business development efforts and lead customer service initiatives.
- Prepare and submit annual budgets, work plans, and progress reports.
- Participate in community activities and promote the bank’s services.
Job Requirements:
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
Technical Competencies:
- Understanding of financial products and services.
- Knowledge of modern service delivery practices in banking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Core Banking Systems, and in-house software.
- Project management skills.
