1. HR Operations Officer

Location: Kombolcha
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Public Administration, or Human Resources Management (preferred).
    Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in HR operations within a plant or factory setting.

2. Finance Business Partner

Location: Zebidar Site
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management (with a focus on Finance).
  • Preferred: Chartered certification (CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA).
    Experience:
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in finance, business control, or auditing.

3. Employee Engagement Manager

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
    Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in employee engagement and industrial relations, including 2 years in a managerial role.

4. Packaging Manager

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electricity, or Electronic Engineering.
    Experience:
  • 8 years of proven experience leading packaging operations in an FMCG industry.

5. Performance Head

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, IBD, or another internationally recognized industrial qualification.
    Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in technical and leadership roles within an FMCG environment.

6. Demand Planning Manager

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management, Business, Statistics, or related fields.
    Experience:
  • Over 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or operations, preferably in the FMCG sector.

7. Maintenance Manager

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electricity, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
    Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience managing factory technical, engineering, and maintenance operations in an FMCG industry.

8. Plant Supply Chain Manager

Location: Hawassa
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing & Supplies Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
    Experience:
  • At least 8 years of progressive professional experience in end-to-end supply chain and logistics management within an FMCG factory, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

9. Lead Business Applications Administrator

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
    Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in vendor management, enterprise application support (ERP/CRM), and business operations.
