Job Summary:
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the bank’s risk management framework. The role includes identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across the bank’s operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The manager will lead a team of risk professionals and work closely with senior management to integrate risk management into the bank’s overall strategy.
Qualification:
- MSc/MA/BSc/BA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in the banking industry, 2 years of which must be as Principal Risk Officer, Principal Compliance Officer, or a related position.
2. Senior Risk Officer
Job Summary:
The Senior Risk Officer plays a vital role in managing and mitigating various risks faced by the bank. This role involves overseeing risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Risk Officer collaborates with different departments to identify, assess, and manage risks across the bank’s operations.
Qualification:
- MSc/MA/BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, 2 years of which must be as Risk Officer or a related position.
