Position 1: Customer Service Officer – II
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- Experience: No work experience required (fresh graduates only – 2023 and 2024 G.C.). Applicants must have passed the national exit examination.
- CGPA:
- Female applicants: 2.5 and above
- Male applicants: 2.75 and above
- Age: 18–28 years old
- Place of Work: Branches
Position 2: Customer Service Officer – III
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in banking operations; the applicant must be currently working in a bank.
- Age: 19–29 years old
- Place of Work: Branches
Position 3: Branch Manager – Grade I
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any other business-related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of banking operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Place of Work: Branches under Addis Ababa Districts and Assosa Branch
