Position: Customer Service Officer-I
Qualification
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics, or other related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the bank’s products and services.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
- Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
- Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
- Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
- Complete necessary documentation for customer transactions.
- Handle foreign currency exchange transactions as per customer requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
