1. Customer Service Supervisor – Grade 1
- Required Education and Experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations.
- Place of Work: Hirna Branch.
- Additional Requirement: Proficiency in Afan Oromo (speaking and writing) is preferable.
2. Brand Management and Communication Officer
- Required Education and Experience:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communication and brand management.
- Place of Work: Head Office.
3. Branch Manager – Grade 1 (IFB)
- Required Education and Experience:
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or other business-related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Place of Work: IFB Branches in the Addis Ababa area.
