Position Overview

Reports To: Head of Business Development / Chief Marketing Officer
The Senior Partnership Expert will spearhead initiatives to strengthen Zagol Systems’ market position by forming and nurturing strategic partnerships. This role will collaborate across departments to drive innovation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Identify and secure strategic partnerships within travel, technology, and related sectors.
- Business Development: Design strategies to expand networks, enter new markets, and boost revenue.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with partners for mutual growth.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to launch joint campaigns and co-branded initiatives.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, aligning agreements with business objectives.
- Market Research: Track industry trends, identify opportunities, and address potential risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Sales, IT, Marketing, Operations) to execute partnership projects effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze and optimize partnership outcomes using key metrics.
- Reporting: Update senior leadership on partnership progress and market developments.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years in business development, partnerships, or marketing, preferably in travel, technology, or e-commerce.
- Proven ability to manage partnerships from concept to execution.
Core Skills:
- Strategic Thinking: Crafting long-term strategies aligned with business goals.
- Negotiation Expertise: Achieving win-win outcomes in contracts and agreements.
- Marketing Insight: Understanding of digital marketing, co-branded campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.

- Data Analysis: Evaluating partnership performance and implementing data-driven improvements.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support to customers, resolve inquiries, and troubleshoot technical issues related to Zagol Systems’ booking platforms. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues with booking systems and online platforms.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Zagol’s products, services, and policies.
- Collaboration: Work with Sales, IT, and Operations teams to improve customer service.
- Technical Assistance: Provide guidance on website and app navigation.
- Reporting: Document and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, preferably in tech-driven or e-commerce environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Understanding of booking systems and tech troubleshooting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
