1: Branch Manager I (Top Urgent)
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling all banking activities at the branch office. This includes ensuring compliance with the Bank’s operating procedures, regulatory directives, and legal frameworks. The role also involves coordinating sales and business development efforts, leading customer service initiatives, and driving operational excellence within the branch. Additionally, the manager will represent the Bank in community and business activities to promote its services.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. - Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a bank, with at least 1 year in a Customer Services Manager role or equivalent.
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Strong team-building and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern management techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills.
